Head Coach
Ashleigh Lamkin
Coach Ashleigh is happy to be returning as Head Dive Coach for her fourth season with the 2025 DIVISION VII DIVE CHAMPS! A Northern Virginia native, Ashleigh spent nine childhood summers diving in NVSL, dove for Robinson Swim & Dive through all of high school, and trained year-round for several years with top coaches in the area. Many past summers were spent coaching other NVSL dive teams, and she spent a year coaching for a local USA Diving-registered dive club. She is a mom of three fun kids (ages 8-15), works in two different schools (special needs classroom in a public school & kindergarten class in a private school), and has a husband who throws a pretty decent front dive despite having no formal diving experience. ;) She can’t wait to be back on the deck with all of our ~*regal*~ divers, helping them (double?) bounce into another enjoyable, successful, and safe summer in the deep end at CCC!

Assistant Coaches
Cecilia Wilson:
Coach Cecilia,16, is a rising senior at Bishop O’Connell High School and will serve as an assistant coach this summer. As a First Honors student, she has played JV soccer and dived for the school's swim and dive team. Among her achievements, she competed in the National Catholic Championships, earning the Coaches' Award during her first dive season. Outside of school, her commitment continues as she plays McLean travel soccer for the Girls Academy Aspire Team. This summer, Cecilia returns for her third season coaching the Camelot Knights dive team. She began diving for the Knights in 2021 and, across five seasons, earned the Most Improved and MVP awards. Each summer, she displays her skills at NVSL Divisionals.
Cecilia enjoys working with kids and looks forward to helping young divers reach their goals this summer.

Jake Themely:
With diverse athletic achievements and dedication, Coach Jake brings energy and expertise to the Knights as an assistant coach this summer. At 17 and entering his senior year at Falls Church High School, he already has impressive credentials. A varsity football, swim & dive, and lacrosse athlete since freshman year, Jake made Second Team All-District in Swim & Dive at Nationals this past season. He finished 2nd in the Men’s 1M in the District and 9th in the Region. Jake’s commitment to diving began early; since age 6, he has competed each summer on the CCC dive team. During his CCC Knight career, he has often placed at NVSL Divisionals and All-Stars. For five years, he also competed with Alexandria Dive Club.
Jake is excited to join the Knights as an assistant coach and looks forward to a great season!
